Lousé Foundation and the Center for Educational Research and Consulting Sign Cooperation Memorandum
On March 12, the Lousé Rehabilitation Center Foundation and the Center for Educational Research and Consulting signed a memorandum of cooperation, marking the start of new joint research programs, public academic events, and seminars.
Under this agreement, the two organisations will design and implement capacity-building educational programs aimed at developing and enhancing the research skills of professionals in the fields of child protection and education. The partnership will also support the comprehensive use of research-based approaches in the design, implementation, and improvement of services provided to children.
The cooperation between the Lousé Foundation and the Center for Educational Research and Consulting began years ago. Since its establishment, the Lousé Foundation has emphasized knowledge management, data collection in the development of services, quality monitoring and evaluation, as well as improvement processes. The Center for Educational Research and Consulting has continuously supported the Lousé Foundation in all these areas. In 2020, when the latest technologies were integrated into the process of providing services globally and in Armenia, the Center for Educational Research and Consulting supported the Lousé Foundation in receiving feedback from beneficiaries. The research center also supported the “To School” program successfully implemented by the Foundation, being responsible for collecting the opinions of beneficiaries and developing recommendations. In 2026, the Lousé Foundation launched the “Inclusive Future: Empowering Mothers, Improving Systems” program, within the framework of which the Center for Educational Research and Consulting will provide professional support in the monitoring and evaluation processes of the program. The Lousé Foundation has also provided professional support in the research work carried out by the Center for Educational Research and Consulting on child protection.
Within the framework of the cooperation, the two institutions will work towards the development of service monitoring and evaluation systems: joint methodologies for participatory monitoring and evaluation of programs will be developed, which will help assess the effectiveness of services provided to children and families and ensure their continuous improvement. Within the framework of the cooperation, experience exchanges, trainings, and joint research activities will be carried out between the two institutions.
Lousé Foundation was established in 2017 by Save the Children International and Yerevan My Love Foundations to offer rehabilitation services for children, family strengthening activities with parents and public perception and awareness raising efforts in Armenian society.
